About the SpeakerRaised on a farm where loss was part of everyday life, she learned early how grief can be carried in silence. That unspoken pain later became the foundation of her life’s work. With a degree in Neuro-Psychology and years of experience as a Rehabilitation Counsellor, she has worked closely with individuals whose lives were changed by trauma and loss. Through this work and her own healing journey, she witnessed how deeply grief affects our bodies, our relationships, and our sense of safety. Her training in the Grief Recovery Method opened the door to a new understanding of emotional healing, and she has since helped countless people navigate loss with compassion and clarity. Today, she brings together lived experience, clinical insight, and a gentle, faith-rooted approach to help others feel whole again. Warm, grounded, and deeply attuned, she is here to guide you, support you, and walk with you as you find your own path toward healing. |
